About the role

The role will ensure successful delivery of outcomes across problem definition, prototyping, technical implementation, user research, testing, and evaluation.
You will work closely with product, engineering, data, research, and design teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery in line with agreed milestones, governance and agile ways of working.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple AI initiatives, ensuring milestones and outputs are met.
- Create and maintain delivery plans and oversee sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and iterative delivery.
- Coordinate designers, engineers, researchers, and data specialists to ensure clear workflows and progress.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where needed.
- Ensure deliverables meet required standards, including documentation, testing, and readiness for governance reviews.
- Facilitate show-and-tells, playback sessions, and regular reporting on progress.
- Oversee knowledge transfer and ensure all artefacts are properly stored and handed over.
About You
- Proven Delivery Manager experience within agile teams.
- Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary delivery.
- Clear communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience managing technical delivery schedules, risks, and dependencies.
- Familiarity with Discovery/Alpha phases and iterative product development.
