Client Partner

United Kingdom
Full Time
Senior Manager/Supervisor
Client Partner
Are you an experienced digital consultancy professional with a proven track record of managing public sector contracts and client relationships?

At Olive Jar Digital, we design and deliver innovative digital services that solve complex problems and improve outcomes for users. As one of the UK's fastest-growing digital consultancies, we partner with public sector organisations to deliver meaningful digital transformation.

We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to take ownership of our strategic client relationships, contract performance, and service delivery across a portfolio of public sector accounts.
This is not a traditional account management role. We are looking for someone who understands the realities of delivering consultancy services into government departments and public sector organisations, has worked agency-side within a digital consultancy, and can confidently manage commercial, contractual, and operational relationships while driving client satisfaction and business growth.

About the Role
As Client Partner, you will act as the senior relationship owner for a portfolio of public sector clients. You will be responsible for ensuring contractual commitments are delivered, commercial opportunities are maximised, and client relationships continue to grow and strengthen.
You will work closely with delivery teams, practice leads, and senior stakeholders to ensure services are delivered effectively, risks are managed proactively, and Olive Jar Digital remains a trusted partner to our clients.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing government or wider public sector accounts from within a digital consultancy, professional services organisation, or agency environment.

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days per week in our London office (Piccadilly), 2 days remote
Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience
